The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Public Cloud Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programs. This role will ensure successful implementation across multiple business units, aligning with strategic objectives and driving value realization from cloud-based SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership:
  • Own end-to-end delivery of SAP Public Cloud programs, including planning, governance, and execution
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP partners
  • Facilitate executive updates and ensure alignment across global and local teams
• Cloud Strategy & Adoption:
  • Drive adoption of SAP Public Cloud best practices and ensure compliance with "clean core" principles
  • Support change management and training initiatives to maximize business value
• Risk & Issue Management:
  • Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and organizational dimensions
  • Implement robust governance and escalation frameworks
• Vendor & Partner Coordination:
  • Manage relationships with SAP and implementation partners, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to SLAs
• Budget & Resource Management:
  • Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization

Requirements

Experience:

• 10+ years in SAP program/project management, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country SAP programs
• 10+ years of SAP Consulting experience/background

Skills:

• Strong understanding of SAP Public Cloud architecture, deployment models, and integration patterns
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP Activate Methodology
• PMP or PRINCE2
• ITIL

Key Competencies:

• Strategic thinking and ability to align technology initiatives with business goals
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
