About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee key SAP project initiatives at our client site in Jasionka, Poland. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days of on site presence weekly. Fluency in Polish is essential due to client-facing responsibilities, and English proficiency is also required for internal communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP project implementations across finance, risk management, systems integration, and operations transformation.

Develop, manage, and track detailed project plans including scope, schedule, resources, and deliverable.

Control project variances and manage scope changes to prevent adverse impacts on project time lines and budgets.

Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and high-quality deliverable.

Ensure effective stakeholder communication through regular project updates and expectation management.

Track and manage project priorities, escalating issues and risks as needed to maintain momentum and minimise disruption.

Supervise integration scenarios involving SAP and non-SAP systems.

Develop cut over strategies, lead migration and conversion efforts, and drive them to successful Go-Live.

Conduct stakeholder meetings, presentations, and facilitate decision-making to overcome bottlenecks and critical path obstacles.

Proactively manage reporting, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and dependency tracking throughout the project life cycle.

Continuously monitor and improve project governance and delivery practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects.

Strong background in project governance and cross-functional leadership.

Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale project plans and ensure compliance with time, budget, and quality standards.

Expertise in both SAP and non-SAP system integration and Go-Live planning.

Comfortable in stakeholder-facing roles, with experience in managing expectations and project communications in bilingual environments.
