Job summary

UPVANTA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is seeking a SAP OTC EDI/B2B Analyst to support the SAP IT Center of Excellence in Wroclaw. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and support of Order-to-Cash integrations across a global SAP S/4HANA landscape.

Work involves B2B/EDI between SAP, Seeburger, TECCOM, and external partners, focusing on IDocs, mapping, and end-to-end OTC flows across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in SAP OTC, manufacturing or distribution preferable.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes (order management, deliveries, billing, customer master).
• Hands-on with SAP IDocs and error resolution.
• Knowledge of EDI standards: EDIFACT, ANSI X12, ODETTE, GALIA.
• Experience with at least one B2B/EDI platform (Seeburger, TECCOM, OpenText, Sterling).
• Understanding of message mapping and end-to-end OTC integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, testing, deployment and maintenance of SAP OTC integration processes.
• Configure and support SAP IDocs including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Participate in integration design and mapping validation for EDI/B2B scenarios.
• Collaborate with Seeburger, TECCOM and other tools.
• Assist in testing, go-live support and documentation.

About the project

We are looking for a SAP OTC EDI/B2B Analyst to support the SAP IT Center of Excellence in Wroclaw. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and support of Order-to-Cash (OTC) integrations across a global SAP S/4HANA landscape.

You will work on B2B/EDI integrations between SAP, Seeburger, TECCOM, and external trading partners, ensuring reliable and scalable customer integration processes across the EMEA region. The role combines business process understanding with technical SAP integration expertise, focusing on IDocs, message mapping, and end-to-end OTC flows.

Work mode: remote/hybrid - Wroclaw/ woj. dolnośląskie, Poland

Travel: Up to ~25% across EMEA

Your responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of SAP OTC integration processes, including: Customer orders and scheduling agreements, Order confirmations, Deliveries and ASN, Billing and self-billing, Customer master integration
• Configure and support SAP IDocs, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and error resolution
• Participate in integration design and message mapping validation for EDI/B2B scenarios
• Collaborate with platforms such as Seeburger, TECCOM, and other integration tools
• Assist in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and go-live support
• Document: Integration architectures, Technical specifications, Mapping rules and configuration decisions
• Work closely with: ERP Business Operations, Customer Experience (CX) teams, EDI Operations, External vendors and integration partners
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Participate in customer onboarding and new integration implementations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on automation, standardization, and reliability

Our requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in SAP OTC (manufacturing or distribution environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, including: Order management, Deliveries, Billing, Customer master data
• Hands-on experience with: SAP IDocs (configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting), Output management and integration architecture
• Knowledge of EDI standards: EDIFACT, ANSI X12, ODETTE, GALIA
• Experience with at least one B2B/EDI platform (nice to have): Seeburger, TECCOM, OpenText, Sterling
• Understanding of: Message mapping, Electronic document exchange, End-to-end OTC process integration
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
