Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented Sales Manager for the Mid-Market in Poland to drive new business growth within organizations of 500–3,000 employees. You will position Zalaris’ PeopleHub for SuccessFactors and our standard on-premise solutions to deliver predictable, high-quality customer transformation outcomes, while maintaining close collaboration with Zalaris’ consulting, support, and managed services teams.

You will own the entire sales cycle in Poland from pipeline generation to deal closure and report directly to VP Sales, Northern Europe.

Your Responsibilities

Business Development & Pipeline Growth

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new market opportunities in Poland through direct prospecting, SAP referrals, marketing campaigns, and partner channels.
  • Maintain a consistent flow of qualified opportunities using Zalaris’ sales tools and the Smartsheet Estimator for accurate scoping and pricing.
  • Engage directly with clients through in-person visits and virtual sales sessions to identify and qualify new opportunities.

Solution Selling

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client HR, payroll, and talent management needs.
  • Position the value of Zalaris’-developed solutions and SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design proposals aligned to client goals.
  • Manage the bid process, ensuring alignment with Zalaris’ commercial strategy and margin targets.
  • Present proposals, lead contract negotiations, and secure signed agreements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, HR and IT leaders.
  • Represent Zalaris at SAP and HR technology events in Poland.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with consulting delivery teams to ensure seamless sales-to-delivery handover.
  • Liaise with marketing to tailor campaigns for the Polish mid-market segment.

Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven track record in B2B solution sales, ideally in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors or similar HCM SaaS solutions.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience selling to mid-market organisations in Poland.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP Partner ecosystem and SAP sales processes is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of HR transformation trends, payroll compliance, and talent management processes is highly desirable.
