Job summary

Adecco in Warsaw, Poland is seeking Mid & Senior SAP Finance Consultants for a Global Deployment & Transformation Program. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with occasional travels across Europe and a chance to shape finance processes for a multinational industrial client.

You will analyze R2R, P2P, O2C, and Intercompany flows; lead finance workstreams during SAP deployment and migrations; run Fit-to-Standard workshops; and partner with senior stakeholders to drive global process

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in SAP Finance, Accounting, or ERP deployment.
• Strong hands-on experience across core Accounting processes: R2R, P2P, O2C.
• Intercompany Accounting experience.
• Proven SAP deployment, migration, or large-scale transformation experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably global.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and their cross-functional integration.
• Ability to lead workshops and gather requirements with limited supervision.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end Accounting and Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Intercompany).
• Lead Finance workstreams during SAP deployment, rollout, migration, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and support global process harmonization.
• Support SAP Finance solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure adoption of future-state processes.
• Support deployment planning, execution, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Ensure alignment with global templates and finance governance standards.
