Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland seeks SAP consultants to support SAP development, integration, database management and data migrations across SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, EWM and more.

Ideal candidates have hands-on SAP configuration experience, strong end-to-end process knowledge, and proficiency in English and German. The role offers hybrid work with a mix of in-office and remote collaboration and opportunities to work with international clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Readiness to participate in SAP Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Hands-on experience in SAP module configuration and/or end-to-end SAP implementation projects

Understanding of SAP software implementation project lifecycle and delivery methodologies

Proven experience in conducting SAP workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and training sessions for business users

Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions and system configurations

• Experience working at consulting companies
