Job summary

Senovo IT Ltd is seeking an experienced Freelance SAP ABAP Developer to join a global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This is a fully remote, hands-on technical consultant role focused on SAP S/4HANA technologies and SAP SD processes.

The project starts ASAP with an initial 6-month contract and strong potential for extensions. You will collaborate with international teams, design and deliver ABAP developments, CDS views, RAP, Fiori/SAPUI5, and cloud-based SAP solutions using BTP.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as an SAP ABAP Developer in SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Solid knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) processes.
• Experience with ABAP for SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, RAP, Fiori and SAPUI5 on S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP BTP and cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Ability to translate technical and functional requirements into robust SAP solutions.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work in a global team.

We are looking for an experienced Freelance SAP ABAP Developer to join a global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This is a fully remote opportunity for a hands-on technical consultant with experience in modern SAP S/4HANA technologies and a solid understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution processes.

The project is due to start ASAP, with an initial contract of 6 months and strong potential for extensions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain custom SAP applications within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Deliver ABAP developments with a focus on SAP SD processes and related business requirements.
• Design and implement solutions using modern SAP technologies, including ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) and Core Data Services (CDS) Views.
• Contribute to SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 application development and enhancements.
• Work with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and international project teams.
• Support technical design, integration, testing, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Follow SAP S/4HANA development best practices, including clean-core principles and modern extensibility approaches.
