Job summary

EY Poland is seeking a SAP Data Migration Manager to lead data migration workstreams within large SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will collaborate with international teams across industries to ensure high-quality migration solutions and project excellence.

You will leverage SAP data migration tools and AI-powered solutions to enhance delivery, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development activities. This role requires travel as needed and strong Polish and English skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of SAP Data Migration experience in end-to-end projects.
• Proven lead experience of data migration streams on SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Hands-on data migration activities and tool setup in SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Data Migration workstreams within SAP implementation projects.
• Define deliverables, monitor progress and ensure objectives are met.
• Collaborate with international teams and support RFP responses.
