Overview

IT Compliance & Authorization Specialist at Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin), Poznań, Poland. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

We advance life around the world by building healthy, sustainable environments. This role focuses on SAP access rights management, IT compliance governance, and collaboration with global stakeholders to protect sensitive data within our SAP environment.

Responsibilities
  • Access rights provisioning and de-provisioning to SAP and other company systems
  • Create and maintain SAP user accounts in various SAP instances
  • Manage user roles and permissions to ensure policy compliance
  • Perform detailed segregation of duties analysis
  • Advise business on best practices to resolve SOD violations (mitigating controls)
  • Support periodic access reviews with business streams
  • Work on ERP roles redesign and improvements
  • Contribute to developing a centralized access rights management process
  • Perform control testing and evaluation of ITGC and process controls
  • Participate in Global Compliance projects defined by the Orbia Compliance Team
  • Collaborate with IT support teams to troubleshoot authorization-related issues
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to support SAP security audits and assessments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in compliance/audit or IT
  • 1+ years of experience in managing SAP security and SAP access rights
  • Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), IT Compliance and mitigating controls
  • Knowledge or experience in SailPoint is an advantage
  • Knowledge of S/4 HANA is an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a team and individually
  • Willingness to learn and expand area of expertise
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
  • Very good command of English (min B2)
