ipracujzdalnie.pl is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer / SAP Consultant (HCM) to implement and support SAP HCM modules in Poznań. You will work directly with clients to tailor payroll configurations and optimize HR processes, addressing data issues and system enhancements.

The role requires hands-on ABAP debugging and collaboration across project teams to deliver robust SAP solutions for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP HCM (modules PY, PA, PT, OM).
• Understanding payroll processes and HR administration, including payroll schema and rule configuration.
• Ability to configure SAP HCM systems according to client needs.
• Experience in analyzing and resolving payroll and HR data-related issues.
• Strong background in analyzing business processes, optimization, and project implementation.
• Ability to debug errors and make changes in ABAP code.
