Job summary

Box Poland is seeking a QA Engineer to support Salesforce-based sales and customer success capabilities, ensuring high-quality changes and solutions. You will develop test plans, lead UAT, and expand test automation while identifying bottlenecks and improvements across the processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration in a matrixed team, strong communication, and the use of Jira, X-ray, and AI-assisted testing tools. A minimum 2+ years in Salesforce testing is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience preferably in Salesforce testing or any other CRM system, functional testing, and automation testing.
• Proficiency in writing test cases and test plans for functional, automation, and regression testing.
• Experience with Jira, X-ray, Salesforce, Cursor/Claude/OpenAI tools for automating testing activities.
• Demonstrated expertise in quality defect tracking, auditing, and testing processes.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form.
• Ability to work in a matrixed team environment with organized deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for Salesforce-based sales and customer success systems.
• Oversee UAT test case review and execution, documenting defects using approved standards and tools.
• Create and maintain test automation and performance scripts to grow the automation library.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve Salesforce-based processes for efficiency.
• Create and maintain QA training materials and operating manuals for Salesforce and related systems.
• Estimate effort for testing enhancements and projects to ensure coverage.
• Provide reports on product quality and R&D risks related to Salesforce deployments.
