Sii Poland is seeking a Product Owner/Manager with strong Salesforce Service Cloud expertise to shape and deliver key employee, manager, and operations solutions in an international setting. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline processes, translate needs into practical features, and drive product vision and roadmap.

The role emphasizes backlog management, user requirements gathering, and bridging business and tech teams across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication in an international environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing key solutions that support employee, manager, and operational team experiences in an international environment.

Your tasks

• Co-creating the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction
• Analysing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
• Driving communication with stakeholders across different business areas and countries
• Monitoring product adoption and usage, gathering user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating the implementation of new functionalities and supporting the change adoption process

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business-oriented focus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
• Living in Poland

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SOQL and data extraction from Salesforce
• Experience with Agile methodologies
