Sii Poland is seeking a Product Owner skilled in Salesforce to develop and enhance key solutions that support employees, managers, and operations in an international environment.

You will manage the product backlog, define priorities with business stakeholders, and help shape the product vision and roadmap. Strong English and Polish communication are essential for success in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years as Product Owner/PM/Business Analyst/Salesforce consultant with business focus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Ability to manage backlogs and priorities across stakeholders
• Experience facilitating workshops and capturing business requirements
• Bridge between business and tech teams; strong English & Polish
• Live in Poland

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve Salesforce-based products, especially Service Cloud
• Manage product backlog and set priorities with business stakeholders
• Co-create product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction
• Analyze user needs and translate into business and functional requirements
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders across areas and countries
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback, identify improvements
• Support implementation of new functionalities and change adoption

We are looking for someone who can combine Salesforce platform expertise with a product-oriented and business-focused mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing key solutions that support employee, manager, and operational team experiences in an international environment.

Your tasks

• Developing and continuously improving Salesforce-based products, with a particular focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in close collaboration with business stakeholders
• Co-creating the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction
• Analysing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
• Driving communication with stakeholders across different business areas and countries
• Monitoring product adoption and usage, gathering user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating the implementation of new functionalities and supporting the change adoption process

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business-oriented focus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
• Living in Poland

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SOQL and data extraction from Salesforce
• Experience with Agile methodologies
