We are looking for:
Salesforce DevOps (freelance)

Your future role:

• Operate, support, and improve tools for continuous integration and deployment,
• Deploy new application versions across different environments,
• Manage branching and merging of code,
• Administer Salesforce environments,
• Create and implement Salesforce deployment and environment strategies,
• Automate repetitive activities in the software development cycle,
• Validate and troubleshoot production and test environments,
• Advise programmers on issues such as code/configuration conflicts, configuration management, and working with branches,
• Collaborate closely with programmers, testers, and administrators in Salesforce application release processes.

Apply if you have:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,
• Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional teams,
• Experience administering Salesforce orgs,
• Experience deploying custom code, configurations, and data across Salesforce environments,
• Ability to independently perform root cause analysis for merge conflicts and deployment issues,
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Metadata API,
• Experience with tools/technologies such as SFDC ANT Migration Tool, DataLoader, Salesforce DX, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab, Maven/Gradle, Bamboo, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket pipelines, Copado, Autorabit,
• Proficiency with Windows and Unix-like OS,
• Basic scripting knowledge,
• Experience with YAML,
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN,
• English language skills at B2+ level,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Note: The ability to operate as a sole proprietor or business entity within Poland is required due to the project-based nature of employment.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ETL tools,
• Familiarity with code scanning tools like PMD, CodeScan, SonarQube,
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL,
• Experience in CRM implementation projects,
• Experience with IntelliJ/WebStorm with Illuminated Cloud 2 Plugin or VSCode, SonarQube, and CodeScan plugins,
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, PD1, App Builder),
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools,
• Engagement in diverse, intriguing projects that promote a consulting mindset,
• Flexible work arrangements including hybrid and occasional remote work,
