Overview
As a mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of customizations, applications, extensions and integrations. You will work with a team of fellow engineers to translate business needs into effective and scalable products within the CRM.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions and integrations.
- Perform Lightning builds and customize Salesforce applications, focusing on the Lightning Component Framework and related technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce and JavaScript technologies.
- Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
- Collaborate inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create testing and implementation plans and documentation.
- Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred - Computer Science or other engineering discipline OR equivalent relevant experience
- Platform Developer I Certification in Salesforce
- 3+ years of professional experience in software Development using Object Oriented Programming techniques
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in designing, developing and configuring enterprise software using Salesforce platform
- Experience with the skill sets below are highly preferred:
- Apex Classes
- Controllers and Triggers
- Visualforce
- WorkflowsAPI integrations including REST and SOAP
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and security model
- Solid understanding of UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability testing techniques
- Experience in Optimizing flows, interactions, and visual interfaces for intuitive, human-centered experiences built on the Salesforce platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Healthcare experience and Salesforce Health Cloud preferred
- A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment

- Annual salary range of $100000 - $115000 / year plus annual bonus potential

Occasional on-site work and meetings may be necessary in our Tampa, FL, Madison, WI, St. Louis, MO or Hartord, CT locations. Preference will be given to candidates in these areas.
