• Adlook is looking for a Salesforce Data Governance Analyst/Manager to own and scale our Salesforce data strategy. In this role, you’ll ensure data quality, security, and compliance across the platform, while partnering with business and technical teams to establish best practices in data management. responsibilities :

• Data Governance & Quality: Define and implement data governance policies, frameworks, and standards within Salesforce
• Data Stewardship: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of CRM data across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• Compliance & Security: Maintain compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations; oversee role-based access and audit controls
• Process & Policy Development: Establish processes for data entry, validation, enrichment, and lifecycle management
• Integration Oversight: Work with RevOps and IT to ensure data integrity across integrated tools
• Monitoring & Auditing: Create regular audits, health checks, and monitoring mechanisms to proactively address data issues
• Reporting & Insights: Partner with business stakeholders to ensure reliable reporting and dashboards that drive business outcomes
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the point of contact for data governance across departments, driving adoption of best practices and policies
