The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team and help us keep the sales engine running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our sales managers, supporting them in the early stages of the sales process. From profiling prospects and sharing offers, to ensuring our listings are accurate and visible across multiple platforms – you’ll be an essential part of how we connect with potential clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist the sales team with initial lead profiling and information gathering
  • Post and manage office listings on real estate platforms
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and descriptions for available spaces
  • Coordinate with brokers, keeping them informed about our current offers
  • Track incoming broker inquiries and ensure they’re passed on to the right sales manager
  • Help maintain our CRM system and ensure data accuracy
  • Support reporting on sales activities and listing performance

You are:

  • Organized and detail-focused with a hands-on attitude
  • Comfortable with online tools, listing platforms, and social media
  • A great communicator in both Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • Open, reliable, and eager to learn – even better if you’re interested in real estate or flexible office solutions
  • Familiar with CRM tools (a plus, not a must).
