Flokk, a leader in workplace seating solutions, is looking for a Sales Support Specialist DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) to join our Sales Support team. We are looking for someone with a passion for efficient process coordination, client-focused communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Key duties in this position:

  • Communication via phone and email with external customers, sales representatives, and customer service offices of the Flokk Group,
  • Preparing commercial offers and tender documentation,
  • Preparing quotations and documentation for non-standard products,
  • Handling marketing materials,
  • Supporting the creation and implementation of sales support programs and promotional campaigns,
  • Operating ERP systems in terms of data entry and preparing analyses based on ERP data,
  • Preparing reports to support the execution and analysis of sales goals,
  • Participation in trade fairs, customer training, and sales academies,
  • Updating the product offering and pricing in ERP and PCon systems.

Needed attributes:

  • Good knowledge of German (minimum B2),
  • Good knowledge of English (minimum B2) – preferred,
  • Proficient in using the MS Office suite,
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and PCon – preferred,
  • Ability to independently identify and solve problems and optimize processes,
  • Strong communication skills, excellent work organization, and the ability to work in a team,
  • Reliability, responsibility, and consistency in action,
  • Customer-oriented approach.
