Job Description

We are looking for a new team member who will play a key role in supporting global commercial operations processes, ensuring customer requests and process activities are completed accurately and within SLA. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, leverage data to drive business decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will report to the Manager GEBS Business Operations. You will work hybrid in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities

• Accountability for different Global Commercial Operations processes.
• Daily task and mailbox management.

The Essentials - You Will Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Typically requires no previous professional experience.
• Experience supporting operational, commercial, customer service, shared services, or business process activities is an asset.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma / project management methodologies.
• Microsoft Excel (including macros/VBA).
