What you'll do
  • Manage, update and oversee sales processes in the EUSA region, incl. RFQ, quotations and quality procedures.
  • Develop, implement and maintain sales tools, reporting structures and processes.
  • Prepare regular reports for VP Sales: monthly results, pipeline, price recovery, EV sales, overdue accounts.
  • Perform financial calculations in line with pricing policy.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, provide training to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in sales and customer satisfaction audits.
  • Organise onboarding for new Sales team members; coach and re-train current staff.
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting of sales data (CU follow-up, pipeline, terms, RFQ lead times).
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency, data accuracy and customer experience.

What we are looking for
  • University degree.
  • Previous experience in sales, including preparation of offers, quotations and reporting.
  • Strong command of English for daily business communication, including technical terminology.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/16949 standards would be an asset.
  • Ability to train, onboard and coach sales teams.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills .
