We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to be one of the builders of Fresha’s next chapter. You won’t simply be joining an established sales team; you’ll be helping build the Polish market from the ground up, bringing Fresha to ambitious businesses and shaping how we grow across the country.

12,000 PLN base + additional performance based variable pay

Hit 100% of your target, and you earn your OTE. Surpass your target, and you earn more with our accelerator model; the sales team hit 110% globally in 2026.
