We’re looking for a bold and strategic Sales Manager to lead our expansion in Poland. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, forging strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet real market needs.

Tasks:

  • Hunt for new business—generate leads, pursue prospects, and build long-term client partnerships
  • Set ambitious sales targets, analyze performance data, and forecast growth to contribute to company-wide goals
  • Represent the company with confidence and expertise in Poland, showcasing a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Actively research market trends and customer needs to uncover new opportunities and position our solutions effectively
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow our customer base and strengthen our market presence
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and deliver customized, value-driven solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and company quotas through relentless focus and execution
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes related to sales and client accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
  • Proven track record in FMCG (non-food) sales
  • A true sales hunter with a proven track record in business development or market expansion
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for performance
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel and a service-driven mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); CRM experience preferred
  • Fluent in Polish and English
