Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage distributors, EPCs, Project Developers, Investors, Energy companies, IPPs, designers and other relevant companies in Poland*, ensuring the growth of both direct and distribution partners
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with utility and distribution partners, expanding the company’s sales coverage across the given markets
  • Design, develop and implement the company’s sales plan in the region aligned with strategic objectives of Trina Solar
  • Identify, establish, and manage multi-tiered relationships with key accounts, including utilities and distribution partners, to ensure long-term business partnerships
  • Negotiate and follow up on contracts, ensuring alignment with customers’ needs and company objectives
  • Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all your accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company’s related internal departments
  • Ensure effective reporting ofall sales activities, business opportunities, competitor’s benchmarking, and market trends to the Sales Team Leaders on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Represent the company in local and national exhibitions, conferences and events promoting and responsible for selling all products of Trina Solar (Modules, Trackers/Fixed Tilt and BESS)
  • Coordinate with Back Office teams to ensure availability, timely delivery of products, and effective communication of stock status to customers
  • Handle logistic, financial, quality, and pre/post-sales issues, including documentation such as Letters of Credit, Proforma invoices, and Bills of Lading.
  • Maintain close communication with customers, addressing topics related to orders, shipments, and ongoing service requirements
  • Market location may change based on the market and company needs

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years previous experience within a similar role in an international company
  • Proven expertise in selling technical B2B products, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Target-driven, adaptable to change, and passionate about sales and solar/BESS with a dynamic and motivated approach.
  • Emphasizing Excellence and Creativity
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • This role is home based remotely within Poland
  • Languages:Fluent written and spoken language skills in English and Polish. Any additional European language would be a plus
