Your leadership will contribute to improving access to advanced diagnostic solutions and supporting better patient outcomes, while ensuring sustainable business growth.This role offers the opportunity to further develop your people leadership and commercial strategy skills within an international organization. Philips supports **hybrid working**, allowing flexibility while maintaining strong customer and team engagement# **Your role:*** Lead and develop the ultrasound sales organization in Poland, driving market share growth and sustainable business expansion.* Manage, coach and inspire a high-performing team of Key Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.* Define and execute the ultrasound sales strategy in alignment with country, regional and global objectives.* Drive commercial excellence through effective account planning, pipeline management and performance tracking.* Operate effectively within a matrix organization, collaborating closely with marketing, clinical, service, finance and regional stakeholders.* Strengthen Philips’ competitive position in the Polish ultrasound market by expanding customer relationships and strategic partnerships.* Support improved access to advanced diagnostic ultrasound solutions, contributing to better patient outcomes.* Ensure disciplined execution of business priorities while balancing short-term results with long-term growth.# **You are part of:**The Ultrasound commercial organization in Poland, working within the **CEE Zone** and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.You will lead a team of Key Account Managers and work closely with Clinical, Service, Marketing, Finance as well as regional and European commercial teams. The role operates within a matrix organization and requires effective collaboration across multiple functions.# **You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience:*** Proven experience in **Sales Manager or Commercial Role**, preferably within **medical devices or healthcare technology**.* Strong track record in **driving market share** growth and delivering sustainable sales results.* Experience in **leading Key Account Manager** teams.* Strong expertise in **sales funnel management, forecasting and data-driven decision making**.* Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, **international organization**.* **Fluency in English** required due to international collaboration.# **How we work together**We believe that we are better together than apart.
