Director of Sales – Poland

Location: Poland (Remote, with extensive travel)

Languages: Polish & English (fluent)

Travel: Approximately 70% (Poland & Lithuania)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Director of Sales to drive growth in the Polish and Lithuanian markets.

This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to build a market strategy from the ground up, establish new distributor and dealer relationships, and manage key accounts with some of the world’s leading QSR chains and retail brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business with distributors, dealers, and end-users
  • Manage major QSR and retail accounts, including KFC, Burger King, and other leading brands
  • Expand the distributor and dealer network to increase market reach
  • Drive sales growth (20% year-on-year target) and improve market penetration
  • Work closely with international sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales experience in commercial catering equipment
  • Strong QSR and foodservice industry connections
  • Experience managing distributors and dealer networks
  • Ability to negotiate, strategise, and develop new business
  • A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, high-impact role
  • Fluent Polish and English, with the ability to travel extensively
