Responsibilities
  • Ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer queries (phone, email, chat) for small and key accounts
  • Provide up-to-date information on products, prices, and availability
  • Manage leads, qualify prospects, and support inside sales
  • Proactively follow up on orders, returns, and claims
  • Keep CRM records current and accurate
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
  • Support logistics and ensure timely and correct deliveries
  • Collect feedback and suggest improvements
  • Prepare quotes, track orders, and help resolve issues
  • Act as main contact for customer needs and incidents
Requirements

  • Technical background with sales/marketing knowledge
  • Experience in industrial sales, especially technical products
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
