Job summary

b2bnetwork is seeking an Application Security Specialist to support an IAM program centered on SailPoint IIQ. You will onboard and clean up access groups, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to align with project deliverables.

Ideal candidates have hands-on IAM experience, strong communication, and the ability to challenge stakeholders while delivering practical security improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User admin in IIQ.
• Good understanding of applications and Identity access management.
• Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Access review and analysis of application security and user access management.
• Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions.
• Assess findings and recommend actions based on business requirements.
• Engage, collaborate, and facilitate dialogues with business stakeholders and managers.
• Engage with RACF/IAM SME and formulate mitigation suggestions.
• Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ or cleanup of access groups, user access and service accounts.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities.
• Assist in prioritizing efforts and managing scope changes.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
