Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Billing & Project Setup Specialist in Poland, Warsaw or remote from home. The role focuses on operational setup, billing execution, and data integrity to ensure reliable revenue realization during the SAP S/4HANA transition.

You will bridge legacy processes with the S/4HANA Project Operations environment and collaborate across teams. The position offers a gross monthly salary of PLN 14,500–16,000, plus a remote work allowance and an annual bonus

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Project Operations (cloud).
• Solid understanding of project-based order-to-cash and billing processes.
• Strong communication skills with business-fluent proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational execution of project and order setup in S/4HANA Project Operations.
• Create, maintain and validate project structures, orders and billing-relevant data.
• Prepare, execute and monitor billing and invoicing activities.
• Ensure data completeness, accuracy and traceability to support compliant financial reporting.
• Act as a central operational contact for project/order-related topics.
• Consolidate, structure and pre-assess operational questions before escalation.
• Participate in testing activities (integration tests, UAT).
• Support the connection between legacy processes and the S/4HANA setup.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement
