By joining the RTR team you will become a member of the Eltel Group and work tightly with our colleagues in Poland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Germany. You will cooperate daily with our international units, thus we expect you to be able to communicate in English on a professional level.

You choose your workplace - you can work from home or from our modern office in the centre of Gdańsk, in the Tryton office building. However, we assume the need to come to the office two times a month to maintain a balance between our online and offline relations.

In Record to Report team your aim is to play an essential role by providing information (financial, regulatory, tax). Your day to day responsibility will be timely, effective and efficient processing of general ledger-related transactions (ie. fixed assets, journal entries), reconciliation of general ledger accounts and subledgers and performing period end closing activities (accruals, revenue recognition, reporting). You will also be a partner to controllers.

We are looking for a person with a first experience in accounting, who enjoys daily work in MS Excel as well as ERP systems and would like to develop within the financial services.

Key qualifications

• higher education (finance and accounting or fulfilled SKwP course / postgraduate studies in finance and accounting)
• at least 6 months' experience in accounting
• good English (B2) - it\'s a must
• good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• accuracy and keen eye for details
• open attitude, communicativeness and positive attitude - it is our must
