A global advanced materials and recycling group is seeking a Record to Report Accounting Manager in Poland. As Record to Report Accounting Manager, you’ll lead the financial stewardship of assigned legal entities, ensuring seamless coordination with Global Finance Services (GFS) teams and acting as the primary accounting contact for business units. You’ll drive statutory compliance, oversee IFRS closings, and provide strategic insights through financial analysis – all while coaching a high‑performing team and optimizing processes in a shared service environment.
