Job summary

Amentum in Poland supports US CONUS/OCONUS deployments and AGE maintenance for a large military aviation organization. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on ground support equipment, diagnose issues, and interpret schematics to facilitate repairs.

You’ll prepare parts, ensure safety, and assist in vehicle records and dispatch to support aircraft operations. The role requires a high school diploma, one year AGE maintenance experience, ability to lift 50+ lbs, DoD clearance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; military/vocational tech training preferred.
• Minimum of one-year actual AGE maintenance experience required.
• Must be familiar with diesel engine maintenance and HVAC at basic level.
• Must be able to perform Increment Monitor duties including cargo preparation, documentation, pallet build-up, and hazardous cargo.
• Must be able to deploy to forward locations (other countries) as directed by the Government.

Responsibilities

• Maintains external fuel and grounding systems; performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on GSE; inspects, tests, and operates GSE to determine equipment serviceability and proper operation.
• Disassembles and assembles malfunctioning GSE accessories and components; re-installs GSE components; handles hazardous materials per environmental standards.
• Prepares GSE for storage and mobility deployment; operates, cleans, inspects, and services GSE towing vehicles.
• Provides dispatch service for GSE, including positioning equipment to support aircraft maintenance and flying operations; adheres to safety at all times.
• Performs all other duties as assigned or requested.
