Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Robotics Engineers to join our Engineering Competence Center, focusing on control systems design and comprehensive automation of industrial processes. You will prepare programs, commission robots on production lines, and optimize cycle times on projects with leading clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of robotics programming experience, especially with KUKA robots, strong documentation skills, and English at B2 level.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in programming and commissioning robots.
• Experience programming KUKA robots.
• Ability to read and create technical/project documentation.
• Communicative English at B2 level.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the year.
• Knowledge of automation/robotics standards (BMW GSC, BMW TMO, VASS, INTEGRA, SCUBE, FAST) would be a plus.
• Polish language fluency required.
• Must reside in Poland.

Job description

Currently, at Sii we are looking for Robotics Engineers who will have the opportunity to join our Engineering Competence Center – an internal unit specialized in industrial engineering projects. Our core activities include designing and implementing control systems as well as comprehensive automation and robotization of industry.

Your tasks

• Preparing programs according to client specifications and standards
• Commissioning robots on lines for processes such as welding, spot welding, gluing, and painting
• Optimizing the process and production cycle time
• Installing and configuring appropriate hardware and software options

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in programming and commissioning robots
• Experience in programming KUKA robots
• Ability to read and create technical and project documentation
• Communicative English language skills at B2 level
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the year
• Knowledge of at least one automation and robotics standard such as BMW GSC, BMW TMO, VASS, INTEGRA, SCUBE, FAST
• Fluent Polish language skills required
• Must reside in Poland
• Communicative English language skills
