The opportunity: Team Supervisor in Risk Management Services will be responsible for managing a sub – team of up to 15 people and you will be responsible for managing process quality, overseeing high-level process flows, and ensuring effective service delivery. You will play a crucial role in leading strategic projects across multiple locations, fostering collaboration, and driving performance against established KPIs. The team may not be related to one process but may consists of people from various service delivery areas.
