Role Overview

The Revenue Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and optimization of all revenue streams across international markets. This is a strategic role focused on building scalable controls, minimizing leakage, enhancing global payment processes, and safeguarding compliance with international standards. The successful candidate will bring proven international expertise in revenue assurance, experience with global payment ecosystems (Stripe, PayPal, OpenPay, Adyen, Worldpay, etc.), and the ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, product, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Analysis & Risk Management

• Monitor and analyze revenue transactions across currencies, geographies, and payment providers.
• Detect discrepancies, anomalies, and risks in billing, contracts, and settlements.
• Implement frameworks that reduce revenue leakage and improve accuracy.

Payment Ecosystems & Data Management

• Manage reconciliation and reporting across global payment gateways and digital wallets.
• Validate accuracy of customer accounts, contracts, and settlements.
• Leverage advanced analytics to detect leakage and optimize revenue capture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to improve end-to-end revenue processes.
• Support Product and Payments teams in optimizing transaction flows and reducing inefficiencies.
• Provide insights to senior management for decision-making and revenue growth strategies.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Continuously refine policies, processes, and controls for scalability and compliance.
• Drive automation of reconciliations, audits, and dashboards.
• Deliver clear, data-driven reports and presentations to leadership.

Compliance and Standards

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to revenue recognition and assurance.
• Keep up to date with regulatory and market changes impacting payments and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in revenue assurance, financial analysis, or auditing roles.
• Expertise in global payment ecosystems (Stripe, PayPal, OpenPay, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and financial modeling.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work in cross-cultural environments.
• Ability to work independently, deliver within deadlines, and communicate findings clearly.
