Job summary

This role is based in Kraków, with a hybrid setup requiring three days per week in the office.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Conception and research of new technologies for high voltage products
  • Development of innovative electrical concepts and their theoretical foundation up to PoC's and prototypes
  • Carrying out FEM-based electrical calculations
  • Development of simulation tools and calculation methods
  • Conducting basic research tests and experiments to validate PoC’s and prototypes
What You Bring
  • Master’s or PhD in Electrotechnics with a specialization in High Voltage Engineering & Dielectrics
  • Experience in FEM calculation tools
  • Very good understanding of dielectric phenomena
  • Practical experience in the development of high voltage products
  • Analytical skills and a systematic way of working to solve complex tasks, along with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
