Responsibilities

Generate and characterize NMUR1 knockout colorectal cancer cell clones and assess invasive potential.
Conduct in vitro analyses of NMU effects on tumor microenvironment cells.
Analyze key signaling pathways induced by NMU in tumor microenvironment.
Perform experiments using advanced molecular biology techniques and contribute to planning, data analysis and manuscript writing.
