Haleon plc. is seeking a Market Deployment & Adoption Analyst to join the Delivery, Deployment & Adoption capability. The role focuses on ensuring digital products are deployed successfully across global markets and embedded into daily workflows.

You will partner with market teams, product squads, and deployment leads to identify adoption barriers, provide actionable insights, and support readiness, training, and onboarding activities. Hybrid work and international exposure are expected.

About the Role

As part of Haleon's Commercial Digital Services organisation, this role supports the successful deployment and adoption of digital products and platforms that are transforming commercial capabilities, customer engagement, and ways of working across global markets. Working within a large-scale digital transformation portfolio, the position plays an important role in helping markets embed new capabilities and realise measurable business value.

We are seeking a Market Deployment & Adoption Analyst to join the Delivery, Deployment & Adoption capability within Haleon's Commercial Digital Services organisation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that digital products and capabilities are deployed successfully and embedded effectively across global markets.

Operating at the intersection of delivery teams, market stakeholders, and behavioural change experts, the Analyst provides hands‑on analytical, operational, and change support to help markets adopt new digital tools, integrate them into daily workflows, and realise their intended value. The role requires close collaboration with market teams, product squads, and deployment leads to ensure that adoption challenges are identified early, understood deeply, and resolved quickly.

This position is essential to driving consistent uptake of digital capabilities, supporting behaviour change, and ensuring Haleon's global digital transformation achieves measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

Adoption Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor adoption, usage, and behavioural engagement metrics across multiple markets for digital initiatives.
• Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and regular reporting to highlight adoption progress, gaps, and risks.
• Analyse usage data to identify deviations between expected and actual behaviour and provide actionable insights to deployment teams.
• Support the development of leading indicators that help predict adoption success and identify at-risk markets early.

Deployment & Change Execution Support

• Assist in preparing markets for go‑live by supporting readiness assessments, communication plans, training coordination, and enablement activities.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring sequencing avoids saturation or conflicting market priorities.
• Identify readiness issues such as capability gaps, bandwidth constraints, or operational blockers and elevate to deployment leads.
• Support the creation and localisation of change artefacts, user guides, and onboarding materials.

Behavioural Insight & User Support

• Collect and synthesise qualitative feedback from market teams, frontline users, and stakeholders to understand adoption barriers.
• Apply behavioural science techniques, such as nudges, prompts, and reinforcement, to encourage adoption and increase engagement.
• Segment users based on maturity, role, usage patterns, or market context to tailor support and intervention strategies.
• Conduct pulse checks, user clinics, and informal check‑ins to gather insights and reinforce adoption behaviours.

Value Tracking & Outcome Alignment

• Support alignment of adoption tracking with value KPIs, ensuring activities contribute to measurable business outcomes.
• Monitor adoption performance relative to expected business outcomes and identify early signs of value leakage.
• Provide insights and analysis to Value Assurance and Deployment Leads to help close value gaps.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by feeding insights into product, delivery, and deployment teams.

Your profile

Required qualifications:

• Experience in change analytics, adoption analysis, performance reporting, or similar roles supporting digital, technology, or transformation programmes.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with a variety of stakeholders across markets, commercial teams, and technology functions.
• Understanding of behavioural insights, user‑centered design, or change adoption methodologies.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience supporting large‑scale transformation or digital deployment programmes.
• Experience within consumer healthcare, healthcare, FMCG, or similarly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with the practical application of behavioural science concepts in change, adoption, or user engagement environments.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
