Job summary

N4 Studio is seeking a Webflow Launch & QA Specialist to own quality assurance and launch readiness for client websites. You will drive automation, oversee content migrations, and ensure accuracy, performance, and SEO readiness before go-live.

This senior role requires hands-on QA in scale, plus collaboration with Technical Delivery Leads, developers, and strategists to build robust tooling and efficient processes for future launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a digital agency or similar with QA/launch experience.
• Proven end-to-end QA ownership for website builds or migrations.
• Experience building or specifying test automation tooling.
• Comfortable writing scripts (JavaScript/Python).
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO best practices.
• Experience with content-heavy sites and structured CMSs.
• Familiar with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMRush (and automating workflows).
• Experience supporting CRM/marketing integrations (HubSpot).
• Familiarity with Webflow CMS, staging/publishing, API.
• Methodical, organized, reliable under pressure.
• Strong written/verbal communication.
• Track record of improving QA process.

Responsibilities

• Own website QA prior to launch, including content accuracy and functionality checks.
• Design and run pre-launch and post-launch audits to meet N4 standards.
• Identify automation opportunities and specify or build tooling.
• Manage content migrations including mapping, validation, and quality control.
• Ensure SEO/AEO fundamentals are implemented before launch.
• Review and validate metadata, schema markup, indexing rules, redirects, and internal linking.
• Identify and resolve broken links, 404s, redirects, and crawl issues, preferably via automation.
• Support CRM and marketing integrations including forms, lead routing, and tracking setup.
• Validate analytics and conversion tracking in GA4 and related tools.
• Monitor post-launch performance and flag optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Technical Delivery Leads to resolve issues and build checks into the delivery pipeline.
• Document QA findings and tooling for maintainability by the team.
