Job summary

LifeSource Water Systems is seeking experienced sales closers to run virtual consultations with homeowners and close deals same-day. You’ll handle presentations, overcome objections, and sign contracts in one call, with a strong track record of personally closing consumer deals.

Average ticket is $6k with 100–200 warm calls per week; top performers close 20+ deals monthly. Compensation includes commission, draws, incentives, and an annual bonus for high performers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personally closing consumer deals in a one-call or short-cycle environment.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue quotas.
• Comfortable running a full virtual demo, asking for the sale and closing on the call.
• Proficient with CRM and Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities
