Parexel International is hiring for a Vendor & Third-Party Management Quality and Compliance Manager role based in Poland with 100% remote work. You will lead QA support for global medical affairs, manage CAPAs, support audits, and drive risk management across third-party partnerships.

The position requires a life sciences degree, strong GxP knowledge, extensive experience in pharma/CRO environments, and fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a life science or healthcare-related discipline.
• Previous experience in Vendor & Third-Party Management, Quality Assurance, Compliance, or a similar role supporting clinical research or Medical Affairs activities.
• Clinical Trial/Medical Affairs experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO.
• Experience working with external suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders within pharma/CRO environments.
• Strong understanding of GxP, ICH, FDA/EMA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Manage Quality Events, Quality Issues, deviations, and related investigations with stakeholders.
• Act as Deviation Owner and support CAPA definition, implementation, tracking, and closure.
• Support internal and external audits and audit readiness activities.
• Ensure quality records and evidence are complete, traceable, and inspection ready.
• Contribute to third-party QRAs and risk assessments; address identified risks.
• Support due diligence and assessment activities for non-vendor third parties and RCs.
• Lead or contribute to design and continuous improvement of GMA V&TPM quality, governance processes.
