Incubyte Consulting LLP is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer with 2–6 years of experience. You will develop production-grade applications using TypeScript and build AI-powered workflows with LLMs and agentic frameworks. The role is remote, with opportunities to collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.

We value craftsmanship, test-driven development, and modern DevEx practices. Experience with OpenAI, Claude, and related tooling is a plus, as is working with distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on TypeScript experience in production-grade apps.
• Experience with AI/LLM-based applications and agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the software development lifecycle for cross-functional initiatives.
• Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs in TypeScript.
• Design end-to-end features balancing scope, quality and maintainability.
• Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs and AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to clarify requirements and outcomes.
• Mentor engineers to raise team performance.
