Responsibilities

• Make and manage hotel, flight, and car bookings for clients.
• Coordinate payments and liaise with Finance for accuracy.
• Review provider invoices and flag discrepancies.
• Handle special requests and urgent situations via email or phone.
• Support Trip Planner Team with booking research and detail checks.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless client experience.
