Job summary

Wakacje.pl is seeking a data-driven product specialist to lead optimisation of the online booking journey across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary. You will analyse conversion metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable improvements while closely collaborating with Product, UX, and Development teams.

You will translate customer and business needs into technical requirements, prioritise work, and guide changes through SAFe processes. Remote/hybrid options are available in Poland.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in product development, business area development or e-commerce sales process development.
• Knowledge of travel industry and sales/operations in travel sector.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, generate reports and translate into business recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and daily data handling experience.
• Experience collaborating with IT, Product and Analytics teams across business, product and tech.
• Ability to set priorities, make decisions and justify recommendations.
• Ability to prepare business documentation for development initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
• English proficiency at least B1/B2 for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise the online booking and sales journey across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary.
• Drive conversion growth by analysing metrics and addressing barriers in the purchasing process.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and initiate changes to enhance the booking process.
• Set development priorities based on data, business needs, and customer perspective.
• Work with Product Owners to improve booking journey functionalities.
• Collaborate with development teams from requirements to testing within SAFe framework.
• Prepare business documentation for development initiatives and track implementation.
• Work with UX to analyse user behaviour and market trends to improve usability and conversion.
• Measure the impact of implemented solutions and inform future initiatives.
