Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Project Manager (CCTV & Networking) based in Poland to lead end-to-end deployments of security systems. You will design CCTV layouts, manage hardware selection, and coordinate network integration from design through deployment and ongoing support.

You will apply strong networking skills to ensure reliable CCTV deployments, configure IP networks, and lead clients and technicians through project milestones in a fully remote, autonomous role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing CCTV, physical security, or related technology deployments.
• Strong network architecture and troubleshooting in LAN/WAN, subnets, PoE, and storage.
• Experience designing CCTV layouts and selecting cameras and hardware.
• NVR/DVR integration with IP networks.
• Hands-on use of project management platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with digital quoting, estimating, and BOM tools.
• Experience with Dialpad or similar VoIP platforms for client interactions.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work autonomously.
• A reliable home-office setup with stable internet for client calls.

Responsibilities

• Design CCTV system layouts tailored to client requirements and project constraints.
• Manage CCTV and physical security projects end to end from planning to support.
• Establish timelines, coordinate resources, and keep clients informed through the lifecycle.
• Apply networking expertise to ensure reliable deployments, including IP addressing and bandwidth considerations.
• Configure and troubleshoot network-connected CCTV infrastructure like NVR/DVR systems.
• Prepare accurate quotes, scopes of work, BOMs, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with field technicians and vendors to coordinate installation and resolve issues.
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders via phone, video, and email.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and use PM systems to track tasks and deliverables.
