Job summary

Collins Aerospace is hiring for a Project Engineer in a hybrid role in Poland. You will lead aerospace R&D projects from planning through execution, shaping budgets, schedules, and resources while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

The candidate will bring 5+ years of project engineering experience, fluency in English, and strong knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, and Agile methodologies. MS Project and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Engineering or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace R&D projects from planning through execution.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor performance to meet cost, schedule, and technical targets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across engineering and functional teams.
