SeaRenergy Group is seeking an experienced Cable Engineer (m/f/d) for Subsea Power Cables to support major offshore wind projects across Europe. You will provide technical expertise through fabrication and manufacturing of subsea cable systems and coordinate interfaces among manufacturers, suppliers and stakeholders.

The role requires a degree in electrical/mechanical/materials engineering and proven experience in subsea cable fabrication, QA, FATs, and adherence to international standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Materials Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with fabrication/manufacturing of subsea power cables for offshore wind.
• Knowledge of cable manufacturing, QA and testing requirements.
• Experience reviewing docs and coordinating engineering interfaces.
• Familiarity with international standards and quality processes.
• FATs or supplier inspections experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical expertise during fabrication and manufacturing of subsea power cable systems.
• Support engineering, review and coordination of manufacturing processes for export and inter-array cables.
• Review manufacturing documentation, quality plans, inspection procedures and specs.
• Coordinate technical interfaces between cable manufacturers, suppliers, project stakeholders and certification bodies.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and client specifications.
• Support FATs, inspections, quality surveillance and non-conformance management.
