Job summary

Planet Pharma in Poland is expanding its Statistical and Data Management Center of Excellence and is hiring Statistical Programmers for a fully remote role within Poland. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-quality regulatory deliverables and influence the direction of the team.

You will support clinical trial programming across multiple studies, working in a data-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams, with mentorship and growth opportunities as the group

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical trial statistical programming.
• Hands-on SDTM/ADaM, CDISC, and P21 experience.
• Ability to lead study-level programming independently.

Responsibilities

• SDTM/ADaM development and dataset specification.
• CDISC-compliant programming and QC.
• Pinnacle 21 validation and issue resolution.
• Create and QC define.xml.
• Program and QC TLFs for CSR/ISS/ISE.
• Collaborate with biostatistics and data management teams.
• Lead programming workstreams and mentor others.
• Contribute to macro development and process improvements.
