Job summary

XM seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to drive resiliency across cloud environments. You will implement best practices, lead chaos engineering initiatives, and supervise migrations with minimal disruption. A strong background in Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, and SRE methods is required.

You will mentor peers, stay current with new technologies, and participate in regular on-call duties. Remote options include Cyprus, Greece, or fully remote locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud services experience with at least 3 years in SRE or a similar role.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, APM, and notification tools.
• Advanced knowledge of SRE practices and service level concepts.
• Strong Linux, networking and scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive resiliency programs, best practices, and cultural change.
• Conduct Chaos Engineering experiments and related exercises.
• Monitor and oversee cloud migrations with minimal disruption.
• Design and re-factor observability for cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge on new technologies.
• Participate in on-call support on a rotation schedule.
