Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking Software Engineers in Wrocław to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, helping train AI systems to think like developers. You will write solutions, review outputs, and provide expert feedback to make AI coding assistants smarter and safer.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. If you can write clean code and explain your reasoning, we want to hear from you. You’ll work asynchronously on a 10–40 hour/week commitment with freelance autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages.
• Able to explain code clearly and reasoned.
• Self-motivated and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
