Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Szczecin to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. This fully remote, hourly contract role involves writing, reviewing, and providing expert feedback to help AI systems think more like developers.

You will work asynchronously, with 10–40 hours per week, and review code across languages while ensuring clarity and safety in AI outputs. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/SE.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works — or doesn't.
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
